SMT Equipment Operations Manager:

Sanmina Corporation is looking for a highly skilled SMT Equipment Operations Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing engineering support for PCBA manufacturing equipment and leading project improvements for Lean manufacturing/OEE/Operation efficiency.

  • You will set up Work Instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, Preventive Maintenance, and Training related to SMT equipment operation.
  • Collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional teams is necessary to resolve issues related to equipment and manufacturing processes.
  • Continuous equipment and manufacturing operation process improvement is a critical aspect of this position.
  • You will provide technical support to the value stream team to achieve business and quality indices.

Qualifications:

  • A Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Working experience in SMT Chip placement equipment or PCB assembly manufacturing is desirable.
  • Familiarity with statistical tools, IOT, and Industry 4.0 is essential.
