As a Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely and accurate support through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer care to both existing and new customers.
  • Be the main point of contact for all customer queries, including website support, live chat, calls, and emails.
  • Solve customer escalations and enquiries using internal systems to achieve optimal customer resolution times.
  • Offer timely and accurate feedback to internal teams to improve products and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Zenyum's dental products and services to existing customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant customer service experience.
  • A customer service-oriented nature with a passion for daily interaction with others.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous for liaising with Mandarin or Indonesian-speaking customers.
  • Sales experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Good understanding of customer needs and ability to propose solutions.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
