Executive Sales and Marketing Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Monitor sales processes, including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentation.
  • Assist in the development, production, and distribution of sales/promotional materials.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of launches and promotional events.
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, demands, and comparable market prices.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of IFCA software is an added advantage.
  • Able to work on weekends.
  • Fresh graduates considered for entry-level positions.
