Job Description

The role of Head of Longtail Account Growth at foodpanda hk is to lead a team responsible for managing longtail accounts across BPO, in-house operations, and the Center of Excellence (COE). As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for optimizing account performance, driving advertising revenue, and increasing deal value from longtail vendors. Your primary goal will be to create scalable solutions that maximize value for vendors and the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive advertising revenue from longtail accounts.
  • Analyze vendor performance and implement initiatives to increase deal value and partnership longevity.
  • Leverage analytics to segment longtail accounts, prioritize outreach, and design targeted campaigns.
  • Lead and oversee Virtual Account Management teams across BPO, in-house operations, and COE. Set clear performance objectives for teams and ensure alignment with company goals.
About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of the technology, e-commerce, or FMCG industry. Proven experience in BPO, shared service centers, and process design is essential. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, business development, or revenue generation roles. Additionally, prior experience of working in a regional team, managing stakeholders across several APAC markets, is highly valued.
