About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer - AI to join our team at Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd. The ideal candidate will possess a Law Degree from a relevant jurisdiction or a legal qualification with knowledge of the Malaysian and/or Singaporean legal system.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our AI tools remain compliant with relevant regulations. You will work closely with our product, content, and technology specialists to assess and improve our AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that our AI tools remain compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with product, content, and technology specialists on legal and AI assessments.

Requirements:

  • Law Degree from a relevant jurisdiction or a legal qualification with knowledge of the Malaysian and/or Singaporean legal system.
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification legal experience (PQE).
  • Experience in transactional law, such as drafting legal documents, corporate and commercial transactions, or in-house counsel roles.
