We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Operations Manager to join our finance team at LFE Corporation Berhad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and reporting, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and review of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Oversee month-end and year-end accounting procedures and analysis
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial information and recommendations
- Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and controls
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar financial accounting and reporting role, preferably within the Accounting industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
