About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Support Manager to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the entire sales support process, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales efficiency.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales support team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales operations processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to sales teams, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Verify contract compliance and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct regular export control checks and analyze results.
  • Initiate corrective actions for price discrepancies and follow up on resolutions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries, and providing standardization support.
  • Coordinate PCN/PD/INF/ERR activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage MS Dynamic cases, ensuring timely resolution, and following up with stakeholders.
  • Research and analyze leads to inform account manager recommendations.

Your Leadership Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven leadership experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
