  • We're looking for a talented Designer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of outstanding design projects.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate designs, documentation, and specifications in accordance with building codes, authority guidelines, project, and client requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze project briefs, take client instructions, and liaise with authorities on project matters are essential.
  • This role involves attending project-related meetings and participating effectively in technical and design discussions.
  • You will assist in coordinating project management to ensure smooth progress and timely completion, as well as perform any other duties assigned by the superior related to the nature of the work scope.
Requirements
  • A Diploma or Degree in Architecture or 2-3 years of working experience in a related field is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
  • The successful candidate should have knowledge of BIM fundamentals, including 3D modeling, visualization, and cloud collaboration.
  • You must be a responsible person with the ability to work independently in a team environment.
  • Good knowledge of architectural details and working drawings is necessary.
  • A flair for design and the ability to produce good design concepts is also required.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
