About Us: Upscale Sdn Bhd is a leading provider of innovative cybersecurity solutions. We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Expert to join our team, focusing on Cisco specialization.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing secure network architectures, particularly with Cisco technologies.
  • Develop and document technical requirements for hybrid network solutions, ensuring seamless integration of cloud-delivered security.
  • Collaborate with internal project management teams and customers to prepare service delivery strategies.

About You:

  • Hold CCNP (any track) level qualification, with Cisco Blackbelt or Specialization training preferred.
  • Possess excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to identify effective solutions.
  • Be an effective team player with strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively in English and Malay.
  • Maintain organization, discipline, and professionalism while being self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Have hands-on experience in configuring Cisco solutions for Data Centre Network, Network Security, and SDWAN domains.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Aruba Network, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and F5 secondary skills.
  • Ability to interact with and present to all levels of management.
  • Experience in solution proposals related to Zero Trust Network Access, Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Connectivity, Software-defined Networking, and Hybrid Workplace.
