About the Role
We are looking for a talented Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team, who can drive business success by managing relationships with Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) suppliers and optimizing procurement processes. The successful candidate will develop and implement procurement strategies, manage end-to-end procurement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with company goals.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement procurement strategies for ODM suppliers.
  2. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, performance evaluation, and risk management.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams, to align procurement strategies with company goals.
  4. Conduct regular supplier reviews, monitor supplier performance through regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
  5. Responsible for creating, negotiating, completing, and governing all contracts.
  6. Foster strong relationships with ODM suppliers, overall suppliers governance and management, including supplier relationships ownership.
  7. Lead ongoing drive for cost improvement and annual cost reduction.
  8. Reviewing and analyzing procurement reports.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or related fields is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier contracts.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in procurement software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A good team player, a person with integrity, mature, and self-motivated.
