Child and Adolescent Psychologist

NobleDrMy is committed to enhancing mental health awareness and reducing stigma among secondary school students in selected schools across Klang Valley. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the implementation of our #beMINDful program.

The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for delivering therapeutic interventions, conducting screening tests, and fostering a supportive environment for the students' mental well-being. The role requires flexibility and a commitment to adapt to varying workloads, with lighter responsibilities in the earlier months and increased engagement as the program progresses.

1. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs.
2. Conduct initial mental health screenings for students.
3. Provide psychotherapy sessions for students identified as needing psychological support.
4. Ensure timely follow-ups and progress evaluations for all cases.

The Clinical Psychologist will also be responsible for facilitating mental health awareness campaigns, guiding students in activities designed to build resilience, emotional regulation, and stress management, and collaborating with school teachers and counselors to integrate mental health practices into the school environment.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution, full registration with MAHPC, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing therapy to adolescents. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of empathy are also essential.
