Job Overview

The Sales Admin Supervisor will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and systematic administrative support to the sales team
  • Track daily sales, A&P spending, and allocations
  • Support documentation work, processes, and procedures
  • Assist in preparing periodic sales analysis and reports
  • Generate various sales reports and expenses reports
  • Support agent agreements and trading terms
  • Ensure administrative and clerical tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced business environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
