Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to oversee our telesales team and drive business growth. As the Telesales Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and providing coaching and training to enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to improve performance and increase revenue.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Report on team performance, sales data, and trends to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales or sales management, preferably within the courier or logistics industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and drive results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience leading a telesales team.
  • Knowledge of the courier or logistics industry is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of telesales techniques and strategies.
