Responsibilities:

  2. Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical FPGA-related roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  3. Hiring Strategy Support: Partner with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
  4. Market Intelligence: Utilize market intelligence to provide insights on talent trends, competitor hiring activities, and salary benchmarks.

Requirements
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, technical recruiting, or executive search, preferably in the semiconductor or FPGA industry.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of FPGA technology, industry applications, and key players within the market.
  4. Network: Established network of FPGA professionals, including engineers, architects, and senior leaders.
  5. Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and CRM systems.
  6. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage passive candidates effectively.
  7. Data-Driven Approach: Data-driven approach to sourcing with experience in market research and talent analytics.
  8. Collaboration: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
