Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Deliverables:
    • Achieve sales target and profit objectives of PDs and operation for LKS & LSM.
    • Monitor sales achievements relative to objectives and initiate programs/activities to ensure sales targets are achieved.
    • Ensure high accuracy of monthly sales forecast and sufficient stocks in PD warehouse with healthy shelf life and days of inventory.
    • Manage and optimize trade fund and achieve planned trade spend KPIs - rebate management.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities for extending distribution and increasing sales through promotional activities with designated retailers/outlets.
  • Commercial Works/Executions, Others:
    • Track and analyze the effectiveness of promotional activities, trade spent/investment and results. Lead and review with Trade Marketing on key activities and suggestions on how to drive GT business growth.
    • Coordinate the execution of promotion and display set up between internal sales team, PDs and also retailers.
    • Drive to achieve sell-in between internals cross-functional department - supply chain and demand planners and PDs on ordering and delivery.
    • Trade visit to trade on a weekly basis together with the sales team.
  • Other Business Functions:
    • Closely work with demand planners and supply chain to ensure region KPIs are met for stipulated function.
    • Talent development and ensure strong team morale and high performance culture being inculcated.
