Job Overview:

The Telesales Executive role is responsible for maintaining a portfolio of existing customers within the Direct Sales Segment.

Key Tasks:
  • Undertaking projects to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as primary point of contact for customers, responding to their sales and post-sales requirements.
  • Building strong client relationships to ensure account growth and minimize attrition rates.
  • Managing customer interactions via telephone, securing new business and achieving individual targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing specific sales issues.
  • Collaborating with sales channels and other departments to maintain a cost-effective service and achieve area targets.
  • Ensuring cooperation with sales team members and other stakeholders.
