Education and Experience:

Hold a degree in accounting or a related field, or possess relevant professional qualifications (ACCA/CIMA/MIA/CPA, etc.).

Have at least 3 years of experience in financial or accounting work, preferably in the property development industry.

Technical Skills:

Be proficient in Microsoft Office and have hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, AutoCount, etc.).
