Hiredly X is looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our technology projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project timelines, defining milestones, tracking progress, and reporting on project status.

About the Role
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and analysts, to ensure timely and effective execution of projects.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will act as a conduit to resolve alignment or communication gaps through tactful and transparent discussions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of technology projects, including preparing project timelines, defining milestones, tracking progress, reporting, and resolving impediments.
  • Define and continuously improve project management processes using data-driven insights.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and build consensus on project goals and priorities.
  • Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) ensuring they are productive and time boxed.
  • Coach teams on Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in technology and project management.
  • Project delivery or technical leadership background with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile software development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
