  • Review renewals with claims experiences and advise on risk acceptance or decline

About You

  • Possess a recognized degree in any field or Insurance qualifications at intermediate level
  • At least 10 years of relevant working experience in Marine Underwriting in General Insurance preferred
  • Strong team leadership skills to structure, build, align, and focus a high performing team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects/initiatives and ongoing demands
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work, and good attitude over teamwork
