About the PositionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Compliance Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will drive the assessment, documentation, training, and knowledge sharing for a successful business service transition to Roche Services and Solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Actively contributing to the Chugai OneT&E implementation project as Subject Matter Expert (SME), focusing on employee expense claim auditing and compliance handling.
- Responsible for assessing compliance of employee expense claims in a timely and accurate manner, against the Company's Policies, Procedures, and External regulatory requirements.
- Escalates issues and recommends resolution plans in a timely manner to the RSS Line Manager and Affiliate (where required).
- Supports the preparation of reports and training material on a periodic basis to address updates to the compliance monitoring process.
Key Requirements
- University degree or above in business, law, or finance related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in compliance reviews or its equivalent, preferably in a highly regulated environment or audit firms.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is required, with excellent communication skills.
