Technical Assistance Specialist

**Job Description**
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues. You will work with our clients to identify and resolve their problems efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately.
- Identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain open communication with clients regarding request status.
- Verify documents submitted by clients regularly.
- Compile and analyze reports with attention to detail.
- Develop a solid understanding of our company's functions and roles.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
- Carry out other duties assigned by the manager as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Self-motivation and high reliability.
