What You'll Do

As a Business QA Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This includes defining, executing, managing, and coordinating UAT to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and desired business outcomes before implementation in production.

You will also be responsible for growing your testing knowledge, mastering testing tools and processes, and meeting testing mandates. Additionally, you will need to identify and arrange tools and devices needed to meet testing deliverables and provide technical guidance and support to junior testers.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience in managing UAT, both in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in planning, testing, and defect tracking skills, including using Quality Centre, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Good knowledge of testing life cycle and proficient in working with test tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
