Key Job Functions

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on team performance and progress.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual understanding.
Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Associate Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Team Manager in the contact center industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across different stakeholder groups.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese languages, with intermediate-level English language skills.
