Job Responsibilities:
- Recommend the most effective method for forming strategic sourcing initiatives and improving processes.
- Source, request for quote, recommend, and negotiate with vendors to maximize benefits and advantages for Boston Scientific.
- Resolving vendor disputes to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Creating bid specifications to meet Boston Scientific's needs and managing bidding processes with selected vendors.
- Collaborating on policy development and tool creation to support strategic sourcing initiatives and prioritization.
- Providing regular and occasional spend analysis reports.
- Tracking vendor performance through financial evaluations, product quality checks, customer satisfaction surveys, and outreach efforts.
- Discovering ways to streamline analytical procedures.
Qualifications
