International Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

In this critical role as Operation Senior Executive, you will play a vital part in ensuring the success of our international warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting managers and stakeholders in all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure supply chain business results are achieved.

• Supporting any system troubleshooting in the respective international warehouse and ensuring smooth operation.

• Highlighting issues and concerns from the warehouse to the reporting line.

• Driving cross-functional teams to change processes and improvement actions.

• Analyzing international warehouse distribution performance, capacity vs forecast planning, and proposing changes in operations.

Requirements:

  • Able to travel overseas for operational support as and when required.
  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in warehouse operations.
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Operational and strategic planner experience.
  • Good command in English (writing and speaking) and MS Office skills.
  • Multi-lingual is an added advantage.
