Responsibilities and Tasks:
  • Develop reports in Tableau and PowerBI that provide actionable insights to support sales performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with business users to define KPIs and identify reporting requirements.
  • Develop proof of concepts to validate proposed solutions and drive adoption of new technology.
  • Maintain relationships with non-sales key stakeholders, IT, Smart Manufacturing AI, and other organizations to ensure information requirements are relevant and actionable.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis with emphasis on business intelligence and advanced analytics projects.
  • Proficiency in T-SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Microsoft BI tool stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), etc.
  • Good database knowledge and experience with the Enterprise Data Warehouse.
  • Familiarity with general-purpose programming languages and/or web development languages.
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentation).
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.
