Job Description

  • Manage the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Assign tasks and work orders to warehouse associates to optimize productivity.
  • Maintain the daily shipping and receiving schedule to meet customer demands.
  • Dispatch and answer inbound truck orders to expedite delivery.
  • Review open and closed sales orders and invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Categorize inventory and complete inventory tracking to prevent discrepancies.
  • Create and file sales orders, invoices, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation to maintain compliance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse or similar role essential.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures necessary.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, a must.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a warehouse setting crucial.
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills for inventory tracking and record-keeping required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (if applicable).
