Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Taner Industrial Technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the import and export of goods, arranging shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with suppliers, warehouse staff, and forwarders on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange shipment import from overseas to Malaysia.
  • Maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  • Liaise with warehouse for shipment receiving and monitor warehouse space condition.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid production line stops.
  • Communicate with forwarders to ensure smooth customs clearance & timely delivery.
  • Arrange for import and export shipments.
  • Book crane/low loader/cargo trailer/vessel for goods delivery.
  • Perform price comparisons for transporter/forwarder quotes before booking.
  • Check with warehouse for goods readiness and update transportation arrangements.
  • A arrange LCL delivery for spare parts.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin (speak, write & read).

This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for growth and development within our company.
