Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our team at Malaysianbar. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will be responsible for handling various portfolios of work, attending court hearings and trials, and liaising with clients and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and handle a diverse range of legal cases, including litigation and dispute resolution
2. Conduct research and analysis to support legal arguments and submissions
3. Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and achieve client objectives
4. Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve team goals and objectives
5. Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
