Key Responsibilities:
  • AML Support
  • Assist with implementing and monitoring company AML policies and procedures
  • Support the AML team with queries from first-line functions on customer due diligence (CDD) and know-your-customer (KYC)
  • Maintain accurate AML records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
  • Support the preparation and improvement of AML reports and dashboards
  • Customer Experience Q&A Support
  • Work closely with customer support teams by providing guidance and clarification on compliance-related inquiries from clients
  • Monitor, review, collaborate, and coach individual CX team members on customer communication to ensure expected standards
