Job OverviewWe're seeking an experienced Product Manager II to join our team and drive marketplace-wide growth. As a key member of our product organization, you'll be responsible for building and optimizing products that enhance user experience, drive engagement, and improve liquidity across Mudah Marketplace.
Main Responsibilities- Drive Marketplace-Wide Growth: Own and deliver product initiatives that optimize marketplace liquidity, supply-demand dynamics, and overall engagement.
- Improve Search & Discovery: Enhance listing visibility, ranking algorithms, and recommendation systems to improve user navigation and conversion rates.
- Strengthen Buyer & Seller Experience: Build intuitive tools and workflows that improve listing success, transaction efficiency, and user interactions.
- Enhance Trust & Safety: Work on identity verification, fraud prevention, and listing quality improvements to create a safer and more reliable marketplace.
- Leverage Data & Experimentation: Use analytics, A/B testing, and user insights to identify pain points, validate hypotheses, and optimize features for maximum impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and business teams to align initiatives with Mudah's long-term goals.
