Job Description:

In line with our business growth strategy, we have a vacancy for one position. Our company is looking for a skilled professional to assist the QA Engineer or Assistant Engineer in performing quality inspections and tests to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers within agreed specifications.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the QA Engineer or Assistant Engineer in quality control processes.
  • Ensure major defective parts, customer complaints, and corrective actions are disposed of according to SOP.
  • Coordinate NCR disposition and implement contingency plans promptly.
  • Cultivate skills to operate the CMM Zeiss machine.
  • Liaise with suppliers to guarantee quality meets customer requirements and ISO standards.

Profile Requirements:

You should be experienced in planning, coordinating, and executing quality control processes, including inspections and CMM measurement programming. You possess at least a professional certificate, diploma, or advanced diploma or degree in QA management, or have a minimum of 3 years prior experience in CMM programming, quality inspection, test activities, calibration, supervision, and communication. Exposure to the CNC Precision Engineering industry is preferred. As a team player, you should have special skills in analysis, technical drawing reading, problem-solving, and troubleshooting. Knowledge in jigs & fixture fabrication, GD&T, and surface treatment methods is an added advantage.
