Job Title: Chief Reward Strategist
OverviewCrowe Malaysia PLT seeks a skilled Chief Reward Strategist to lead key strategic initiatives within the HR unit, driving organisational effectiveness.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a reward management framework to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Design and deliver employee salary structures and benefit programs through financial, market, and legal analysis.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and internal role valuations.
- Oversee the annual review of benefits and incentives to maintain competitiveness in the market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and reviewing HR policies, systems, and procedures to support the business while complying with legal and statutory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Management, Human Resource, or any relevant discipline.
- At least 10-12 years of working experience in HR roles, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and policy development.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
