About This Job

This Construction Project Administrator role involves preparing daily reports, multitasking, and working independently. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple tasks efficiently and enjoy autonomy in your work.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Compile and distribute daily reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Juggle multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining effective communication with the team.

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

  • Able to proficiently use computer software, including MS Excel & MS Word.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work closely with Project Managers and Engineers.
  • Effective time management to complete accurate and complete work within specified timelines.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication to create detailed documentation and reports.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills to develop creative solutions.
  • Native-level proficiency in English or Malay.
