Kitron Group is seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, security, and support.

1. IT Infrastructure Management:
   Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of all IT systems and data, and oversee compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
2. IT Service Delivery:
   Ensure availability, necessary quality, and security of IT services delivered to the business entity.
3. IT Project Management:
   Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time.
4. Supplier / Internal Stakeholder Management:
   Maintain effective communication with suppliers, technology vendors, consultants, and service providers.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   Manage IT equipment's records and documentation for compliance and record-keeping purposes.
6. Process Improvement:
   Track and measure IT processes and security according to defined KPIs.

1. Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Extensive knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
3. Proven 3 years' and more of experience in IT executive roles.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
5. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage supplier relationships.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
7. Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
8. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written communication.
