Client Relationship Specialist

We are a dynamic and creative agency seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to win new clients. You will work closely with our account management team to deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and have a good command of English.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the main client contact; understanding objectives and timelines, managing daily communication, and providing project updates.
- Building long-term relationships, attending meetings to gather briefs and feedback, and translating client needs into clear briefs for the team.
- Overseeing budgets and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, communicating client revisions, and proposing creative solutions to boost agency value.
- Developing decks and proposals for pitches, contributing ideas in brainstorming, and aligning design concepts with client goals.
