Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies that align with the company's strategic objectives. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management on financial performance and strategy.
  • Team Management: Supervise and guide the accounting team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualifications: Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) — mandatory. Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 12 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a group environment and manufacturing industry.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge and practical application of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting software. ERP system knowledge is an added advantage.
