The Position

As a Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the Recruiting and Business team to source and identify top talent for Roche. You'll be responsible for fulfilling short-term and long-term talent sourcing needs in the APAC region, providing relevant market insights along the sourcing journey.

You will be:
  1. Identify and engage talents in new markets using various sourcing techniques.
  2. Research from all channels to put together a diverse market/talent mapping list, guided by the Recruiting Area of Practice.
  3. Share expertise broadly with business leaders and the wider Talent acquisition community as a Sourcing Expert.
  4. Conduct outreach to candidates to evaluate their suitability and fit for the role.
  5. Work in partnership with assigned TAPs to align on and present the best-suited candidates to Hiring Managers.
  6. Contribute to developing recruiting/pipelining process improvements and projects.

  4. You have a strong collaborative mindset, can work well in global settings, and speak fluent business English.
  5. Familiarity with Boolean, LinkedIn, Phenom, Workday, and other talent sourcing tools is essential.
