Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR & Admin Executive to join our team at PMB Technology Berhad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Our HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions, including payroll, administration, training & development, and other HR-related support.
  • They will maintain the payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
  • The successful candidate will adhere to payroll policies and procedures and comply with relevant laws.
  • They will engage in the full cycle of training process, including mapping out annual training plans, designing and developing training materials, evaluating training programs, etc.
  • Monthly reporting on training-related information, including the reporting of employee accreditation numbers, is also a key responsibility.
  • Consolidating and preparing monthly HR reports for management review is an essential task.
  • Handling and dealing with employee-related issues, such as disciplinary processes, misconduct investigations, and grievances, is also a critical aspect of the job.
  • The candidate will assist in foreign worker-related matters.
  • Maintaining accurate personnel reports and proper filing systems is a key requirement.
  • Performing ad-hoc duties or assignments when assigned by a superior is also a part of the job.
Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in the HR or related field is required for this position.
  • The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure and perform independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Good team player with good planning, organizing, and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Malaysian Labor Laws and well-versed with current HR practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in manufacturing environments will be an added advantage.
