We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Group IT Manager.
You will be responsible for managing system installation and maintenance of company software and applications in accordance with the Group IT policy.
Your key objectives will include:
- Planning and executing IT projects within timelines, quality and budget parameters.
- Providing effective IT support for business applications (i.e. SAP Business One, HCM, CRM, LMS), infrastructure and office systems.
- Managing third-party service providers to ensure services are delivered according to requirements.
- Ensuring users receive adequate IT support for their day-to-day operations.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Strong knowledge of server, storage and network topologies.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Business One.
- Prior experience in implementing and maintaining e-commerce/CRM/HRM systems.
- At least 6 years of IT management experience in a similar role.
- Excellent people skills, communication and problem-solving abilities.
