Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with product managers to understand and evaluate business problems, defining solutions that drive growth and improvement.
  2. Conduct in-depth analysis via hypothesis creation, deep dive investigations to uncover new insights and meaningful solutions for decision-making.
  3. Work closely with Data Scientists to provide business insight, context, and direction during AI/ML model development.
  4. Translate complex data findings into actionable business language, building storyboards to present recommendations and action plans.
  5. Pilot journeys to validate analysis and/or AI/ML model findings, refining recommendations based on results.
  6. Review campaign requests and performance, providing structure to campaigns for efficient resource management.
  7. Conduct monthly campaign performance reviews, offering recommendations for continuous improvement to senior management and business owners.
  8. Support real-time marketing efforts by identifying new business opportunities through continuous analysis of customer behavior.
  9. Partner with stakeholders to develop engaging content for campaign creation, driving optimal response.
  10. Develop and maintain campaign trackers and analytic marts to enhance speed of analysis.
  11. Pursue innovative ways to combine primary and secondary source data, enriching analysis capabilities.
  12. Foster a collaborative work environment, sharing data, scripts, results, and campaign findings to drive process efficiency and maximize value.
  13. Effectively communicate ideas, methodology, results, and recommendations through reports, graphic illustrations, and presentations.
