The Demand Supply Planner will be responsible for developing statistical forecasts and managing inventory planning for multi-temperature finished goods. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting and inventory planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop statistical forecast models to optimize inventory levels.
  2. Manage inventory planning processes to ensure consistent product supply to market.
  3. Closely interact with key stakeholders to understand market intelligence, promotion mechanics, and supply plans.
  4. Maintain accurate records of inventory supply status and provide prompt alerts for actions.
  5. Lead and collaborate closely with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on future projections, inventory strategies, and planning.
  6. Prepare weekly reports and review inventory performance with internal stakeholders.
  7. Identify slow-moving and obsolete products and develop action plans for improvement.
  8. Ensure timely communication and follow-up on incidents until closure.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA and at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  2. Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  3. Experience in forecasting and inventory planning.
  4. Excellent communication and customer-centric skills.
