At Analog Devices, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation in semiconductor manufacturing. As a Process Sustaining Engineering Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions tailored to specific product requirements for new product introduction (NPI).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate new technologies and materials for yield, productivity improvement, and cost-effectiveness with equipment vendors and materials suppliers.
  • Support 5S/Kaizen initiatives and customer audits with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide technical training and support to manufacturing teams on pre-assembly related processes and equipment.
  • Foster best known method (BKM) for pre-assembly related processes enhancement through training, equipment, and manufacturing team collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field.
  • Well-experienced (Min. 2 years) in pre-assembly related processes (wafer backgrinding, wafer back metal sputtering, wafer coating, or wafer dicing) in the semiconductor industry or similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively as a team.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with automated equipment and processes.
  • Experience in new product introduction (NPI) and process development.
  • Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification (Preferred).
