Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Automation Specialist to join our team at H-E Parts. As a Sales Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for sales of Automation and Communication business within Power Grid Automation BU in accordance with strategy.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales automation and communication within Power Grid Automation BU
  • Build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues
  • Prepare sales plans using company tools and perform regular status reviews
  • Propose recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls and identify Sales opportunities
  • Use CRM tool to record and share, lead direct relation / communication with customers and lead negotiation

Your Expertise:
  1. Engineering/Trade qualifications – Electrical or equivalent
  2. Minimum 10 years of experience required in Sales skills
  3. Experience across Electrical Industry within Utilities, Power T&D or Power Systems projects, especially in Substation Automation & Communication is an advantage
  4. Advanced computer skills across MS Office, MS Teams, Outlook, SharePoint
  5. Good written and verbal English communication skills, high attention to detail
