Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage full sets of accounts for multiple legal entities
  2. Collaborate with the team to perform accounts payable and accounts receivable, monthly account reconciliations, and general ledger transactions monitoring
  3. Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and yearly account closures
  4. Prepare and review month-end financial close, tax filing/reporting, and compliance with local tax authority regulations
  5. Develop and maintain financial statements and support annual statutory audits
  6. Provide financial information to clients in preparation of annual budgets/forecasts
  7. Maintain integrity of financial data and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  8. Analyze financial information to recommend efficient use of resources and procedures
  9. Offer strategic recommendations and solutions to business and financial problems
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Minimum bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent certification
  2. At least 2 years of experience in an accounting firm
  3. Proficiency in XERO and other accounting software is preferable
  4. Proven track record of delivering objectives in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines and high standards
  5. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  6. Team player with a positive attitude and teamwork spirit
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
