About the Position

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive management to drive business success through effective financial leadership and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Operating Manager and executive team.
  • Provide expert financial advice and guidance to support business growth and strategy.
  • Manage and analyze complex financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including tax and regulatory agencies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial leadership and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA or CIMA are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is encouraged.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in finance.
