Responsibilities:- Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements, reports, and forecasts to Top Management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and financial plans.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- A deep understanding of financial principles, budgeting with financial software is crucial.
- Knowledge in XERO system will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
