Job Description
The Senior Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote residential projects and drive sales. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote residential projects and drive sales.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats, informing strategic business decisions.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
  • Organize events, property viewings, and promotional activities to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including media outlets, influencers, and vendors.
  • Analyze and report on sales and marketing performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment between sales and marketing strategies and project timelines.

Requirements
