Job Description:

  • Gather data accurately and prepare relevant documents.
  • Facilitate project managers to monitor and review implementation activities.
  • Identify issues, gaps, and risks of projects/initiatives and support project teams in achieving approved deliverables within timelines.
  • Collate information and perform analysis on critical data such as market data and financial information for discussion.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate and actively participate in project implementation activities.
  • Provide regular progress updates and potential key challenges. Attend project meetings such as Scrum Events and Project Committee Meetings.
  • Conduct financial and non-financial tracking for departments and projects/initiatives related.
  • Organize meetings and prepare marketing material, capture meeting salient points, and follow through requirements comprehensively.
  • Produce quality project reports that provide accurate and transparent information including project status, benefits results, risk/issues, and mitigation action plans for risk/issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Master in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Banking, Insurance, Economics, IT or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Professional qualification in Project Management field such as PMP or Prince2 or PSM I Practitioner is an added advantage.
