Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in evaluating financing proposals to determine the most favorable structure and terms.
  • Prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and submit them to identified banks.
  • Extract salient terms of funding proposals submitted by banks and prepare spreadsheets for analysis.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the compliance of qualitative covenants on loan facilities undertaken by MISC Group. This may include submitting the results of quantitative (financial) covenants' computation for certification by auditors.

Requirements:
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Finance/Treasury/Accounting.
  • Degree in Accounting/Finance or other related professional qualifications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
